All orders are thoughtfully packed and shipped from the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination once the order has shipped.

Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

The First Light Collective is an online-only business.
Local pickup is available by appointment after purchase confirmation.

We do not operate a public retail storefront or offer walk-in shopping.
Pickup instructions will be provided via email once your order is ready.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Address
